Lately I have been more and more concerned with upping my brow game. For years I went au natural and never used any products in my brows. The older I have gotten the more I notice my eyebrows have thinned out a little bit and I also think the fact that big brows have been so popular attributes to this new obsession.
Maybelline recently released a new brow gel named Brow Drama. Some have toted it as a less expensive alternative to Anastasia's brow and for the most part I would agree with this. It has wonderful color pay off and keeps your brows in place all day. You can wear one coat for a more natural look or build it up for more dramatic sculpted brows.
I really only have two complaints with this product. One is the brush size. Being that it is way too big, I would prefer a bit smaller of a wand especially for applying the product on the tail end of my brows. The second complaint would be the color selection. They currently only offer two shades. Soft brown for blonde hair and dark brown for brown hair. While the dark brown color works great for me I could see the minimal choices being a problem for others wanting to try this product.
Now I'm not saying this is a new holy grail eye brow product or that it is better than some of the cult prestige products but it is an affordable alternative that works well. This retails for just under $8, less than half of the cost of the Anastasia Tinted Brow Gel and Benefits Gimme Brow.
