Josie Maran
I have been a fan of
Josie Maran’s products for some time now… loving her Argan oil based products. I
saw this duo of her skin and hair oils with an added shimmer. I though why not
test them out in these smaller sizes before jumping in for full size products.
Pure Argan Oil with
Radiance – For me this product is nice but I probably would never buy a full
size bottle. I really can only wear oils on my face at night as my skin get
oily easily and this just wouldn’t work for me under make up. I can see how if
you have dry skin this would add a nice glow to the skin while keeping it hydrated.
The oil itself is great, I use the original option as my night time moisturizer
but this one with shimmer is a bit much for only using at night. It’s a good
product but just one that’s not for me.
Argan Oil Hair Serum –
Out of the two products I really liked this one. You apply it to the ends of
your towel dried hair and after blow-drying you are left with extra shine and
hydration. I recommend trying this out if you feel your ends are looking a
little lack luster. Remember not to focus on your roots with this product as it
can leave them feeling heavy and greasy.
Both of these
products have a honey lavender chamomile scent. It’s not over powering but you
should beware of the scent before buying if you are averse to scented hair and
skin products. As usual Josie’s products are formulated without all the bad
stuff… parabens, sulfates etc. etc.
